Nice job with the video Thomas.
I can wait for some games to take advantage of this tech.

Very nice. Thanks for posting this. Please post more info if you make any progress in having developers take an interest in this. Also, this video was picked up by Engadget, if you notice more traffic - that's how I found your blog.

Dude. this is amazing. Kudos to you for giving it away as open source.

I just hope someone picks it up and places some decent gameplay around it.

Hey TMIV. I hopped over from YouTube. Wicked video. I even stayed and enjoyed your blog for a bit. If I had a blog I would totally link your blog. Make sure you make some kickass stuff for sony. Big GoW1&2 fan too. Nice work all round. 3 thumbs up.

nice one. i just combined the idea with opencv object recognition and vvvv. now it works with my laptop webcam and without any glasses. instead it tracks my eyes.

Actually, your video is rather making the rounds. I came across it via Kotaku while prepping for my gaming podcast. (The story didn't make it into the taping, but I wanted to talk some about it, so I wrote up an article about you and Johnny over on VideoGameZombies.com)

Honestly, I'm really interested in seeing what happens with what you and Johnny have done and publicly presented. I truly hope that games take advantage of technology like this and that people see the possibilities it can present.

I also really like how, even though you're a Sony employee, your recognition of and respect for Johnny shows through very clearly. I truly am heartened by the thought of two people working with, and in your case for, competing systems, still showing the professional courtesy that in many cases seems to be lacking nowadays.

Good luck with the work and if your project gets picked up and used by some developers, I'm sure there are many people (myself included), who'd love to find out about it. Thanks.

Hi,
I saw the head tracking movie… it’s fantastic! Yes.. genius!!
I have a PS3 with playstation eye cam, and I want to try this experience.
Where can I download the “Head-tracking on PS3″ code?
Is it a free code source?

Have fun,
Jo
